About Our Firm

Edward Repper, EA, MSPA

Ed is the Managing Principal and Actuary at ERP Actuaries & Consultants, founding the firm in 2004.  In that capacity, Ed has presided over the significant growth of the NYC based firm which included the expansion into the Long Island market with the addition of the Melville, Long Island office in April, 2008. Ed is an Enrolled Actuary and a Member, Society of Pension Actuaries (MSPA).

Prior to establishing ERP, Ed was an associate with Milliman & Robertson and a Vice President at USI Consulting Group (formerly Williams Thatcher & Rand).  As Vice President at USI, he was the lead consultant and managed a team of actuaries and consultants for a client base that ranged from not-for-profit organizations to banks, law firms and other professional partnerships. USI appointed Ed to lead its new business campaign for professional practices, tapping his extensive experience in retirement plan design and plan implementation. 

Ed has satisfied the examination and admission requirements to obtain the designation of Enrolled Actuary in May, 1999. Ed is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and has spoken on a number of topics for many organizations, including the Enrolled Actuaries Meeting held in Washington, D.C.

James Suessmann

Jim is the Director of Business Development at ERP Actuaries & Consultants. Utilizing his extensive wealth of retirement plan knowledge, Jim’s focus is managing and developing new and diverse sales channels and expanding additional centers of influence within the 401(k) and qualified plan market. Jim’s responsibilities include building market position by locating, developing and solidifying business relationships. By conducting presentations, running seminars and participating in meetings with clients, platform vendors and business advisors, Jim implements strategies designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

Jim began his career at the New York Stock Exchange in 1997 and since that time has worked in financial markets and services. Before joining ERP Actuaries & Consultants, Jim was a top Nationally Ranked District Manager at ADP, where he transformed a historically underperforming territory into one of the most sought after territories in the nation.

Jim graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a concentration in Finance.

Cynthia Levy, ERPA, QPA, QKA

Cynthia is the Director of Operations at ERP Actuaries & Consultants.  She has more than 12 years of pension administration and consulting experience. Cynthia has successfully satisfied all of the examination and experience requirements needed to attain the designations of ERPA, QPA and QKA as a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Cynthia joined ERP Actuaries & Consultants in 2007 where she has been responsible for building and managing the processes and workflow of the Defined Contribution Department.  In 2015, Cynthia was promoted to her current position of Director of Operations where she manages and oversees the overall operational activity of the entire firm for both the Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Departments. She is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of these organizational departments. As part of the senior management team, Cynthia assists in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.

Prior to joining ERP, Cynthia was an Associate with Associated Pension Consultants, Inc.

Cynthia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, and a minor in Information Systems from The Sigmund Weiss School of Business at Susquehanna University. 

Lisa Alt, QKA

Lisa is a Manager in the Defined Contribution Department at ERP Actuaries & Consultants.  She has several years of pension administration and consulting experience. 

Currently, Lisa is the 401(k) Plan Implementation and Conversion Specialist for the firm. Her responsibilities also include the management of the daily administrative services associated with the retirement plans that are sponsored by her clients. These include discrimination testing, calculating contributions, preparation of annual valuation and completion of IRS Form 5500.  Lisa also acts as a liaison, providing plan design and general consulting services to financial advisors, insurance companies and small and large businesses.

Prior to joining ERP, Lisa was an Associate with Associated Pension Consultants, Inc. 

Lisa graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology from The School of Arts, Humanities and Communications  at Susquehanna University. 

Dawn Reid

Dawn is a Benefits Consultant at ERP Actuaries & Consultants.

Currently, Dawn is a member of the firm’s Defined Contribution – 401(k) Specialist team. Dawn is responsible for managing the daily administrative services associated with the retirement plans that are sponsored by her clients. These services include discrimination testing, calculating contributions, preparation of annual valuation and completion of IRS Form 5500. Dawn’s responsibilities also include the preparation of her clients’ plan documents and restatements, as well as the processing of participant distribution and loan requests.

Prior to joining ERP, Dawn was an Associate with Priority Pension Services, Inc.

Dawn graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.

Allison Palmeri

Allison is a Benefits Consultant at ERP Actuaries & Consultants.

Currently, Allison is a member of the firm’s 401(k)/Cash Balance Specialist team. Allison assists Senior Consultants with day to day client contact, retirement plan administration and project management. Her responsibilities also include plan document preparation and restatements, as well as processing participant distribution and loan requests.

Allison graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.

Michelle Artieda

Michelle is a Benefits Consultant at ERP Actuaries & Consultants.

Michelle is currently a member of the firm’s Defined Contribution – 401(k) Specialist team. Michelle is responsible for managing the daily administrative services associated with the retirement plans that are sponsored by her clients. These services include discrimination testing, calculating contributions, preparation of annual valuation and completion of IRS Form 5500. Michelle’s responsibilities also include the preparation of her clients’ plan documents and restatements, as well as the processing of participant distribution and loan requests.

Michelle graduated from Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration.

Owen Schroeder

Owen is an Actuarial Consultant at ERP Actuaries & Consultants.

Currently, Owen is a member of the firm's Defined Benefit Department. Owen is responsible for managing the administrative services associated with the firm's clients' retirement plans. These services include calculating contributions, preparing annual valuation reports and completion of IRS Form 5500 and PBGC filings. Owen also assists in creating qualified plan design studies for prospective clients. 

Owen graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics & Economics.

Camila Padilla

Camila is a Sales & Business Associate at ERP Actuaries & Consultants. She has over 10 years of business development (sales and marketing), and project management experience. Joining ERP Actuaries & Consultants in 2016, Camila currently manages the administrative responsibilities associated with the creation and tracking of new business proposals, the coordination and design of sales and marketing materials, newsletters and webinars. Camila is also responsible for overall office management of the firm. Prior to joining ERP, Camila held the positions of Administrator/Executive Assistant to CEO at AMG Design Glastechnik, LTD., and rSquared NY, Inc. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Old Westbury.

Marianne Fanning, QPA, QKA

Marianne is a Supervisor at ERP Actuaries & Consultants. She has over 30 years’ experience in compliance, consulting and administration of 401(k) plans, defined contribution plans including new comparability and age weighted allocations, defined benefit and cash balance plans, and FASB ASC 715-30 reports. Prior to joining ERP, Marianne was a senior plan consultant with Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group, Benefit Street and Schloss & Co. for 28 years. Marianne is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and received her QPA and QKA credentials. She earned a degree in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.

Glorianna Lee, QPA, QKA

Glorianna is the Supervisor at ERP Actuaries & Consultants. She has over 25 years of administration and consulting experience working on all types and designs of pension retirement plans. She is versatile in defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified plans and complex new comparability and cash balance designs. She has a solid knowledge and expertise of retirement benefit laws, design, compliance, reporting and operational practices. Prior to joining ERP, Glorianna was a Manager with Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group/Schloss & Co LLP/Benefit Street Inc./Schloss & Co, Inc. for 16 years. She also worked as a Supervisor in the Employee Benefit Group, Tax Department of a regional accounting firm Richard A. Eisner LLP as well as a Pension Administrator in the Dreyfus Retirement Services. Glorianna is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and achieved its credentialed designation of Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401k Administrator (QKA). She earned her B.S. degree in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, at St. John’s University, Queens, NY.

Larry Loeb

Larry is a Supervisor at ERP Actuaries & Consultants. He has more than 32 years of experience providing consulting and administrative services for all types of qualified retirement plans with emphasis on defined benefit plans. He provides consulting services to clients including plan design, plan implementation of new plans, annual actuarial administration and consulting services. Prior to joining ERP. Larry was Senior Benefit Consultant with Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group / Geller Group, LLC for 22 years. He also worked at Employee Incentive Plans of America for 3 years and Retirement Planning Associates, Inc. for 7 years.
